Terms & Conditions 01 - Submission form & full payment must be made 2 week prior to the event (20/9/08). 02 - Stands must not exceed 2.5m x 2.5m. 03 - IDCA bears no responsibility for goods sold at the event. 04 - Stallholders are responsible for cleaning up their areas and appropriately disposing of waste and garbage. 05 - No extra goods are to be brought on the day without the prior knowledge of IDCA Management. 06 - Cars will only be allowed in the area before l0am and after 5pm. 07 - All Store providers must supply their own cash change. 08 - No electricity will be provided(i.e power points + extensions). 09 - IDCA bears no responsibility for any accidents or injuries of stallholders or employees and guests. 10 - Cancellation of stalls must be done, one(1) week prior to the event, in order to receive a refund. 11 -Stalls will not be hired out to any of the following service providers; food or beverages, Islamic books, videos, DVD or CD stalls. This is only exclusive to IDCA.

The charge per Stall is $150 and this must be paid by Direct Bank Deposit and bank receipt either uploaded or posted to P.O Box 791, Chester Hill, NSW 2162. Reference: Commonwealth Bank BSB Number: 062107 Account Number: 10437587 No Stall will be reserved until full payment has been processed.
